T.E.A.M Pathways

T-Trade School

Our mission for this pathway is provide resources to students who want to attend a trade school and/or work in a trade related field (i.e. welding, masonry, electric, and much more!) We will partner our students with an experienced mentor, so they can learn all the ins and outs of their career choice. Our goal is to provide as much exposure to our students for a chance of a successful future as an adult.

E -Experience

We know trade school and college is not for everyone. There are excellent career choices to choose from that doesn’t require years of schooling. Our mission for this pathway is to help guide our career driven students into a rewarding career of their choice such as Real Estate, Insurance and much more! We will connect our students to a mentor within their chosen career path. Our goal is to provide students with the right guidance, so they can be successful businessmen/businesswomen right out of high school.

A -Academics/College Prep

This pathway is for our college bound students who wish to pursue a 2-year/4-year post-secondary education. Through this pathway, our students will be guided not just by our program, but will be mentored through our partnered program, Ambition League. Through this partnership, our students will definitely get the needed guidance and mentorship to be successful. Together, our goal is to provide the following services to our students:

-Connections within their chosen field of study

-College tours (virtual and in-person)

-Financial Assistance

-Proper guidance and understanding of student loans, grants and scholarship.

-Other college related preparations.

M -Military

This pathway is for our military bound students. We will connect our students with a recruiter within their chosen branch (i.e. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines). The students will be prepped by their recruiters/mentors to ensure a smooth transition from high school life to military life.
